Good morning , dear judges name is YangSen ,and I’m from ShiLinMiddle Shool,the name of my speech is << Enjoy yourself with full responsibility>> is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .
I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with r graduating from University, I started my job in teaching English. Then I realized the true of being an English teacher. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
Over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. As a new teacher of the school, I had something in common with my students, who were new faces. Sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, I showed a smile to them. At last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. Then all of them were smiling. At that time, I began to introduce myself to them. So interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. Of course I had chance to know something about them. One of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and I had the same birthday. When I made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. No matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. From then on, I had been in good relationship with my students. How lovely and nice they are!
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls in WangSheng. When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, 1
sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
Thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. As everyone knows, the Chinese boy, Hong Zhanhui is one of the man who moves China. He began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. Without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:” This is my responsibility! ” From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Just imagine the world without responsibility. Your students are the waiting flowers. Tomorrow, whatever they will be, it all depends on their hard working and the teachers’ love. Wonderful world, isn’t it? Responsibility is not a burden if you are willing to shoulder it. The teacher who loves his/her students will not only succeed but also get a happy life and enjoy themselves.

首先，作為八年級(三)班的英語老師歡迎大家的到來!

其次，我説一下我們班的這次考試的情況。總的來説，退步是比較大的。孩子們的學習勁頭遠遠不如七年級。成績突出的有周歡、趙婷、王浩、賀亭、白雪、許巧麗等同學。這些學生上課認真聽講，課後能積極主動完成老師交代的任務，因此，成績一直比較突出穩定。我們班呢，兩級分化一直比較嚴重，現在更甚!是差生比較多。像李卓旭，考了19分;李傑，考了20。劉超澤，26。對於這些孩子我也是想盡了很多辦法,但是收效甚微。今天藉此機會,我們一起來探討研究,我和各位家長的心是一樣的:都是為了孩子。我先説一下這些孩子的共同特點：首先,就是這幾個孩子上課思想不集中,尤其是李卓旭和李傑,思想老是開小差,總需要老師的不斷提醒;其次,就是不按時教作業還照抄，我們班照作業比較嚴重的還有趙向東、吳學峯、魏佳水、郭金璽等同學。這個問題我已經教導過孩子很多次了，可是，真的是屢教不改，這是一個態度問題，希望能夠引起家長們的重視。再次就是，佈置的練習冊從來不獨立完成。這樣，長此以往，上課不聽，課後不看。作業還是照抄他人，怎麼可能會有好的學習成績?第三，就是這些孩子都比較懶惰。英語這門課程，其實很簡單。關鍵就是多記單詞。我每天要求孩子們幾十個單詞，這一點都不難。而這幾位學生連這點都做不到，一些常用詞彙不是不記不住，根本就是不用心記，懶得記。最後，也是最重要的一點，這些孩子的態度不端正。不喜歡學習英語，所以排斥一切有關英語的東西。對老師的話，左耳朵進右耳朵出。
以上，我對我們班部分孩子做了一些分析，有問題的家長可以對此進行提問，我們都是為了孩子的成長，為了他們的未來。
對此，我有如下建議給各位家長：
首先，您一定要多關心您的孩子。不是去了學校，責任就全歸老師。孩子正處在這麼一個重要的轉型時期，您的關愛對他們的影響很大，要不斷鼓勵孩子。不是成績好了，表揚買獎品，成績差了，責罵甚至打孩子。
其次、幫助孩子樹立正確的價值觀。很多孩子用為成績差產生厭學情緒。他們往往會覺得學知識沒有多大用處。結合我們府谷這種生活現狀，他們往往會選錯崇拜目標，以“錢”為核心。孩子們並不懂的知識將要在今後的生活裏起着怎樣舉足輕重的地位，這就需要我們家長和老師的共同引導了。
再次、教孩子學會尊重。
尊重家長，懂得分享父母賺錢的不易。懂得尊重父母的勞動成果，而不是肆意揮霍，還一副理所當然。不要嬌慣孩子，讓他們成為高高在上的小公主，小皇帝。你要讓他們明白，生活並不容易，父母老師並不是他們永久的庇護傘。尊重老師，不要用虛假的作業，虛假的考試分數來敷衍，老師一心一意，她的學生這樣草草應付，對嗎?尊重他人，生活在一個大集體裏，只有互相尊重，才會得到朋友，得到別人的關愛，在一個和諧的集體中健康成長。
最後，培養孩子正確的學習態度。
家長們不要把孩子的分數看做一切，不要用分數來簡單斷定他的學習。一個好的學習態度比什麼都重要。只要孩子有正確的學習態度，那他即使現在成績較弱又有什麼關係呢，只要自己肯為學習下功夫，孩子的成績終究會突飛猛進。
總而言之，一切都是為了孩子。希望家長們能在平時有疑問的時候常與我們老師聯繫，時時關注您的孩子的學習及生活狀況。

For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness.

這一班學生在英語方面是我剛剛接手的，每個學生學習情況我還在不斷的瞭解之中，其實在座的家長對自己子女的情況比我更加清楚。學生們都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，經過兩年來的學習，學生與學生之間已經拉開了差距。一些好的學生學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發言，課後及時鞏固，形成了良性循環的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、説、讀、寫方面都能齊頭並進，我為他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不紮實，功虧一簣，導致他們現在課上聽講出現困難，用他們自己的話説：“李老師上課，我聽不懂。”聽不懂，還不努力，書面作業拖拉不交，口頭作業根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處於中間層次，老師所教的，所佈置的作業能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在着個體差別。儘管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是説起各方面的表現，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個台階。
怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有着不可推卸的責任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼籲我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學好英語。用一句時髦的話説：我們要和孩子共同成長。
重視良好的學習習慣的培養
(1)讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓練和説話訓練，然後才是讀寫能力的培養。聽説能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以後，跟着説。按照眼前利益來看，我們的升學考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閲讀等需要綜合能力的部分。比如前年的聽力佔35分，去年就已經佔40分了。
(2)讓孩子大聲説英語家長要每天留出15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲説，不害羞，這樣有利於清楚地表達自己，也有利於他人糾正自己的錯誤。
(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脱口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕鬆些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發現有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，並能用它們來造句、説話。
在具體的實施過程中發現：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟我聯繫，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。
單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家佈置抄寫單詞，其目的不在於抄，而在於提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什麼關係，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別説是去背了，結果幾次下來，他負債累累，應付不過來，學習處於被動狀態，從而影響了以後的學習，出現退步現象。因此，請大家在家裏督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業，該讀的讀、該説的説、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起着很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。
在默寫單詞、詞組、課文的時候，有些會誘導父母：老師要求報英語，那家長就比較為難，一方面，自己根本不會讀英語;另一方面，也只能幫助他作弊了。
其實，我們對默寫的要求是這樣的：單詞、詞組是要求家長報中文，課文是要求學生自己熟背然後默寫的。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次説：英語好難，我默不出來;就任由他去。你讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大時間去養成好習慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長説過：“要把培養孩子當作自己的事業來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報!

The purpose of this movement is not only to save energy, but also to warn the people to realize the importance of protecting the mother earth, and to stop violating the environment.

Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.
進入新世界以來，環境污染比任何時候都要嚴峻。有各式各樣的污染：水污染，空氣污染，噪音污染等等。看起來我們活着一個四周都是污染源的星球。那麼，這些污染是從何而來的呢?在很大程度上，環境被破壞就是我們為快速的經濟增長和人口增加所付出的慘烈代價。為了得到更多的能源，人們砍伐樹木，挖更多的煤礦，但是還是難以維持日益增長的需求。不計其數的私家車充斥着公路，加油站的汽油嚴重短缺，政府多次上調油價也未能阻止私家車對汽油的需求。自然資源的過度利用已經影響到了生態平衡。然而，工廠依舊向外排放有毒氣體，把工業廢水倒入河裏。人們依舊缺乏保護環境的意識。我認為人們應該做些事情了。
The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.

上午好!我是八年級級的一名英語老師。
很高興見到大家.對於我們的家長和學生而言，的確是新老師;今天，我想利用這個機會，把我過去的一些經驗結合這兩個月對八年級學生英語學習情況的瞭解來與各位家長分享和探討。
從學生的家庭作業來看，我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學習。大家都意識到英語學習不論是對我們的日常生活還是升學來説，都產生着重要的作用，有着重大的意義。而我們國中階段的教學目的在於培養學生的學習興趣、良好的語言習慣、運用英語進行交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、説、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進行操練和運用。通過這兩個月的教學，我發現這一屆八年級的班主任都特別負責，班風、學風也很好，最重要的是絕大多數的同學自尊心強，上進心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。但同樣也發現了以下問題：
1、學習態度不夠端正。部分學生對於學英語是抱着無所謂的態度，甚至會説“只要語文數學好就行了”，還有拖欠作業的情況。
2、學習習慣不夠好。我要求學生在學英語的時候要大聲的讀單詞和句子，有利於對單詞的記憶，並且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習慣，聲音很小，眼睛盯着天花板，盯着窗户讀的都有，甚至還有的同學邊發呆邊跟着讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在着嚴重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閲讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這麼難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎麼知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那麼你永遠不會進步”。這幾天這種情況已經減少了很多。
3、少數同學基礎不好。到現在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。
4、閲讀能力欠佳。閲讀在今後的升學考試，包括會考、大學聯考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都佔有很大的分值。但我們的學生對於閲讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閲讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答問題，但是很少有同學能夠嚴格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。
針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。
1、督促學生在家聽英語磁帶，每週不少於1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10——15分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。
2. 督促學生在家背英語單詞、短語及課文，因為在校學生的背書時間太少，所以家長要配合老師在家裏聽寫孩子的單詞和短語。
3、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務。我會在每單元結束的時候組織一次聽寫，並要求學生帶回家給家長過目。
4、請家長督促孩子在家裏完成家庭作業，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經常檢查他們的作業本，一定要認真寫才行。家長可以讓學生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學生默完後，督促他們對着書本更正。我發現，八年級的很多家長都非常負責，他們已經在這麼做了，而且做得很好!
4、每一個單元都有閲讀的部分，並且附有課後習題。如果你的孩子英語基礎不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當的預習。
總之，我和各位家長有着共同的心願，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養這些孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發掘。今後，我也希望和各位家長保持聯繫，如果孩子遇到學習問題我們及時溝通。我的電話號碼是：。

Today, my speech is about talents,in my opinion, talents are indispensable in nowadays society. as is known to all that the fight among countries is actually the fight among talents.
First, i'd like to define the word"talent" in my idea, a talent is one person who is good at or expertised in some or multiple areas. nowadays, as the world developing goes on , if one country want to rank top or do a good job in the world, the country must have many example, china, the biggest developing country in the world, in the past 100 years, is always invaded by other countries, why ,the reason is that china at that time had not so many talents. if they had anti-intrusion leader talents in the war, needless to say,they would have beat those big they had talents in weapons manufacturing, nodody dares to provoke ver, nowadays, it's a totally different situation, china has become powerfulin all over the world, why ? because there are many talents serving the country, the civilians become more and more and more people go to university,more and more people come to receive further education. so what is that in return,talents in army protect our country from invasion, talents in commerce help make our economy keep in improving, talents in aerospace make the world see chinese manned spacecraft flying. talents in sports make china rank the first in the olympic games……
