我是音樂專業畢業的學生，能夠勝任中國小各年級的音樂教學工作，但我仍積極報名參加本科函授學習，堅持把自己的學習作為自我完善和提高的重要途徑，既積極參加學校組織的各種學習，又廣泛地開展自學，積極參加進修校組織的新教師培訓，工作上服從領導的安排，認真負責、踏實肯幹，凡事積極主動，迎難而上，不怕苦，不怕累。在眾多前輩毫無保留的指導和幫助下，我 教學能力增強了，在教學中克服了緊張感，能夠進行教態自然親切的有個人風格的教學活動，並能達到一定的教學效果。我着力於培養大班幼兒敢於表現自己的能力，所以在活動時注意營造活潑自然的氛圍，認真在活動中貫徹《綱要》的要求，多給孩子表現的機會，多多給予孩子鼓勵和表揚，幫助孩子從小樹立自信，很多家長都反映：原本內向的孩子活潑、開朗多了。
