英文簡歷是使用英文寫的簡歷。英文簡歷(resume)並無固定不變的單一形式，應聘者完全可以根據個人的具體情況來確定採用何種形式，靈活設計。
2. 簡歷的搭建
看了那麼多別人的簡歷，現在是寫自己簡歷的時候了。總體上，根據需要，我準備寫二個版本的簡歷，一個是用來申請已科研為主的工作崗位，我決定寫成CV，更 貼切的說是履歷吧，重點描述我的科研經歷。另外一個簡歷是主要申請非科研類的崗位，比如管理培訓生，銷售等，突出我社會實踐、學生工作的經歷。
我計劃先把簡歷的架子搭好，選擇好我要寫的每一個部分，然後再向裡面添內容。我的科研相關的履歷(CV)包括以下內 容，Heading，Objective，Education，Skills，Research & Work Experience，Social Activities和Awards。另外的非科研版本Resume，包括Heading，Objective，Education，Related Experience，Research Experience，Skills和Social Activities & Honors。科研崗位的CV，重點突出的是我實驗的技能以及我的研究經歷。而研究經歷在我非科研崗位的簡歷中比重不大，主要突出我其他社會工作的經歷。
3. 簡歷的填充
架子搭好了，是把每一項寫具體的時候了。
以我的科研崗位履歷為例。
3.1 Heading
基本的聯絡方式，包括姓名，電話，電子郵件地址，郵寄地址。如果你現在不住在家裡的話，可以分目前住址(Current Address)和家庭住址，或者是永久住址(Permanent Address)來寫。

沒想透露我的家庭電話，畢竟手機是最方便的。
3.2 Objective
求職的目的，告訴你將來的老闆，你追求的是一個什麼樣的職位。這個不是一定要寫的，如果你寫了自薦信(Cover Letter)的話，或者明確說申請了具體的職位，可以略過。
我籠統的寫了，Research position in pharmaceutical and biotech companies。
3.3 Education
教育背景，要包括你的學歷，專業，學校，年份，還可以加上你的主要相關課程，GPA，發表的文獻等。
我的例子：

技能，主要是與申請的崗位相關，我重點突出了實驗技能，畢竟是申請科研崗位，也寫了一點我的語言和計算機方面的基本技能。

3.5 Research & Work Experience
研究和工作經歷，重中之中。我詳細的寫了我實驗室研究學習的經歷以及取得的成果。值得注意的是，經歷和成果一定要具體，要的是具體的成果，具體的數字，動詞的使用也要非常注意。
我的例子：

Optimized cultural conditions for , increased the yield ofú secreted extracellular protein by 30%.(我取得的成就，優化了培養的條件和增加了產出。注意，optimize和increase兩個動詞非常重要，體現了我工作的效果，比起簡單的 in charge of cultivation具體的多)
Separated and purified proteins by utilizing ion exchangeú chromatography and conducted research on enzyme activity (Focused on cellulase activity).
Worked on protein identification and a total of 15 proteins were found,ú one protein was identified as the most expressed protein with high activity.(我的研究結果，給出了具體的數字，發現了15種蛋白，發現了一種大量表達的蛋白，有著很強的酶活性)。
以上是我研究經歷的一部分，但很有代表性。確定了內容，但由於寫的是英文簡歷，如果使用動詞，如何用句子寫出來同時又能些許地道，這也是我最頭疼的。我的 解決方式，還是模仿。我發現大多外國簡歷，在描述經歷的時候，都以一個動詞開頭。在bestsampleresume的網站上，也寫到：
Use action verbs to describe job duties. Try to use Action Verbs when constructing your statements。幸運的是，在這個網站上，也給出了常用動詞的合集。

有了詞彙，還需要寫出自己的句子。接下來，我收集了這些網站上生物類簡歷中描述工作部分的語句，比如有：

有了這些積累，結合自己的研究經歷，就不難寫出屬於自己的研究經歷。
3.5 Social Activities
社會實踐，我寫了在學校時期的社團活動情況。

最後的部分，我寫了我的獲獎情況。

4. 簡歷的完善
把各個部分“填滿”了以後，就是後期的修改於調整，內容不斷的更新與修改。模板的選擇也是個痛苦的過程，是選擇簡約的，還是華麗麗的?有彩色線條的?帶框 的?Section之間用一條實線分開?字型?字號?這時候，你就要選擇一個自己心儀的模板了。對於頁數，如果是CV的話，可以多頁，一頁，也不太可能 夠。對於簡歷，resume的話，推薦一頁內搞定，我另外一份申請非研發類崗位的簡歷就寫了正好一頁。字型不要小於10號，不然看起來有點痛苦。字型，我 搜了一下，有著廣泛的討論，我最後選擇了Times New Roman。
