關於減少碳排放的建議書材料五則(精選5篇)

低碳生活、綠色出行,減少碳排放是節能、環保、綠色、生態、健康的一種生活方式,是改善我們的生活環境,享受美好人生的一種願望。為了我們_x更加靚麗,為了我們生活更加幸福、環境更加美好,我們向全域性幹部職工倡議:

一、爭做低碳生活、綠色出行的宣傳者。低碳生活無處不在、無處不有。我們倡議全域性幹部職工學習掌握、宣傳低碳知識,提高低碳意識,樹立低碳理念,倡導低碳生活;向身邊人宣傳開展“低碳生活、綠色出行”的意義和方式,帶動更多的人蔘與到行動中來。讓我們的家園多一片藍天,多一絲綠色,多一路暢通,多一些文明。

二、爭做低碳生活、綠色出行的踐行者。我們倡導全域性幹部職工積極參與“低碳生活,綠色出行”活動,特提出如下倡議:

(一)居住在城區範圍內的幹部職工在不影響上、下班制度前提下,根據自身的身體素質選擇步行或騎行的方式出行。

(二)根據天氣情況,在保障人身安全,不影響交通的前提下,每天下午下班後,由“低碳綠色騎行俱樂部”組織在城區車輛較少的路段騎行1小時。

(三)本年度選擇步行或騎行的出行方式,沿永定河、大清河、引清東干渠等河堤,組織2次以上的河流生態環境巡查活動。

(四)利用週六、日組織一次遠距離騎行,到周邊縣、市參觀綠化、生態、汙染治理的工程專案,並交流工作經驗。

(五)每週五設立為“無車日”。在不影響工作和生活的前提下,全域性幹部職工不使用機動車。集中執法行動或上級安排的集中活動除外。

三、爭做低碳生活、綠色出行的倡導者。我們倡議全域性幹部職工樹立“能走不騎,能騎不坐,能坐不開”的出行理念,自覺遵循“低碳生活,綠色出行”倡議內容,儘可能採取乘坐公交車、騎自行車或步行等出行方式為廣大居民作出表率。

繁忙的道路,城市的未來,也許將從這一刻開始,更加通暢,更加光明!

可就在幾年前,這的河水裡藏滿了垃圾,發黑的河水散發出一股臭味。白色的排水管伸進河水,汙水從排水口洶湧流出,瞬間就汙染了一大片。我們的母親河成了“名符其實”的“渾”河。

現在經過幾年的改造終於變成了如今這付模樣:萬里無雲時,天空映得河水碧藍,當太陽出來時又把河水照得閃閃發光。由於兩岸的樹木茂盛,珍稀的鳥兒也來這嬉戲。渾河水哺育了700多萬人民。這成了瀋陽一道亮麗的風景。為了我們的母親河,為了我們的環境,我建議大家:

1、不往渾河裡亂扔垃圾、倒汙水、洗衣服等。

2、不破壞渾河的公物。

3、不捕渾河裡的魚兒和鳥兒。

4、開展“保護母親河---共建綠色家園”義賣,將所得錢都用來維護渾河。

5、開展“保護母親河”講座,告誡所有人珍惜水資源,保護母親河。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao TongUniversity, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, Iam writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. Duringthe following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished amongthe whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, Igot the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admissiontest.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that isgiven to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the AcerScholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is theultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my ently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor ofexcellent Graduation Thesis.

Research eXPerience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began tonarrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL andMatlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. Itis now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilleda sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. Thiswas my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory andeXPerience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future researchinterests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network.

菁菁校園,學習聖地,靠我們共同呵護,才有其欣欣向榮;莘莘學子,優良學風,靠我們孜孜追求,才有其碩果累累;師生和諧,崇德尚紀,靠我們言行相隨,才有其蔚然成風。文明是人類進步的標誌,作為知識殿堂的學校,校園文明更應該走在社會的前列,為此,我們應做到:

1.儀表文明:作為富有朝氣的學生,儀表服飾應與自己的身份匹配,不追求名牌服裝,不過於花哨,不燙髮、染彩發,不佩戴首飾。男生不留女性發,女生不留齊眉過耳劉海。講究個人衛生,生活儉樸,服飾大方,著裝整潔,形象健康。

2.語言文明:大力推廣“請”、“您好”、“對不起”、“謝謝”、“再見”等禮貌語言,不罵人、不說髒話、大話、假話。

3.行為文明:遵守社會基本道德規範,遵守學校各項規章制度,自覺維護教學和生活秩序,不在教學區、生活區大聲喧譁、吵鬧,不在校園裡使用手機、MP3、MP4等電子產品,不虛榮、不攀比、不吸菸、不酗酒、不賭博、不觀看和傳播反動和淫穢製品,不參與任何邪教組織,不與社會上不務正業的人來往。

4.交往文明:同學之間、師生之間學會相處,尊敬老師,團結同學,男女同學間要坦誠交往、禮貌交往、理智交往,旗幟鮮明地反對不文明交往的傾向和行為。

5.用餐文明:遵守用餐秩序,排隊就餐,不推搡不擁擠,尊重食堂職工,珍惜糧食,不亂拋剩飯剩菜,不帶水帶飯上教學樓。

6.環境文明:愛護校園的公共設施和一切公共財物,愛護校園的一草一木,愛護文明整潔的校園環境,不隨地吐痰,不亂拋瓜皮果殼,不亂擲食品包裝袋,自覺向“白色汙染”宣戰。爭做良好衛生習慣和文明行為的宣傳員,同時也是不良行為的監督員,對別人丟棄的垃圾、塑料袋等要主動撿拾,對破壞校園環境的行為要進行勸說和制止,對影響校園環境的衛生死角要主動清理。

7.學習文明

樹立正確的人生觀、價值觀和學習觀,自立自強,主動學習,強化時間觀念,不遲到早退曠課,自覺遵守課堂紀律;合作學習,虛心求教,務實精進;講究誠信,以正確的心態對待考試,將考試舞弊作業抄襲行為驅逐出校園外。
