中班一学年的学习游戏生活过去了，在过去的一学年里，我们班级几位教师以的热情和干劲投入到各项工作，团结协作、配合默契，安全、有效地完成了保教任务。整顿班级常规、按照《纲要》要求，完善幼儿一日活动各个环节，丰富幼儿的活动环境。度过了愉快的“六一”儿童节。我们中班的孩子们即将进入大班年级。在此，我们对学期工作进行评价，以使下一阶段的工作得到更多启发和提高。
一.坚持抓班级常规。
加上自中班上学期以来，我班不断有新朋友进入，目前总人数24此刻我班有男孩10人，女孩14人，相对来说，大部分孩子活泼好动，坐不定，例如，王家妮.王有祥.等。多数家长对学前教育的重视呼声高，对孩子在园的生活、学习状况也越来越重视，可是有三分之一的孩子长期由祖父母养育，过分宠爱，要求不严，各方面潜力较弱。

二.按照示范园的要求，创造的游戏环境。
班级环境是幼儿生活学习游戏的主要场所。我们也深知环境的作用对幼儿身心和谐发展所起的重要作用。所以，我们多方学习其他示范园的经验，精读理论专著。为了创设开放性的游戏环境，我们注重两个方面的建设：一是开放性的物理环境，既游戏空间、时间及玩具材料对幼儿来说是开放的。二是开放的心理环境，既游戏中的同伴关系、师生关系是平等的、互动的、和谐的，人际关系是开放的。
在环境创设中，我强调班级环境的儿童化、活动性和创造性。注意以幼儿为主，把幼儿的兴趣、需要和发展放在第一位，鼓励幼儿动口、动手、动脑参与环境创设。
我班幼儿绘画.做手工的兴趣大，并且十分愿意把自我的作品展示给同伴。我把教室墙壁划分为若干区域，每个区域每个阶段出现不一样的主题，根据教学资料或由幼儿群众讨论商量定出如：“火辣辣的夏天”、“小医院”、“小巧手”“我的城堡”等丰富的资料，每一个主题都是由师生共同布置经过一段时间来丰富、完善画面。这样的环境布置，发自幼儿、创自幼儿、欣赏自幼儿，幼儿更能全身心投入各项活动，从中体验成功的喜悦。
三.认真开展教育教学活动。

2.组织体锻多动脑筋。
由于幼儿的年龄特征和认识水平所限，在体锻活动中如果让幼儿枯燥地练习基本动作，我班幼儿不可能做到自觉和坚持，我们认识到孩子们参加活动就是为了好玩、刺激，所以就尽量选取资料丰富、形式多样的锻炼项目，尤其是游戏和竞赛或者是自由的形式。所以每一天的体锻时间成为了孩子们最开心的时间。例如他们能够玩到各种军体游戏。我们把走、跑、跳、踢、转、抛、钻、爬、滚、投掷、平衡等等基本动作，拟化成“钻地道、爬山坡、练瞄准、投降落伞、背_包、挖地雷、过小桥”等军事游戏任务，帮忙幼儿想象成“小红军”的主角，深入游戏情境。其中不用教师费很多的口舌来督促幼儿，孩子们各个都十分投入地完成每一个规定动作，努力做秀的“小军人”，因为这是我班很多孩子的梦想。
球是幼儿喜爱的一种玩具，它能够有许多种玩法，而拍球是最基本的一种玩法，也是中班幼儿要求达标的一项体育运动。在训练排球的过程中，我们先鼓励幼儿和球交朋友，自我寻找多种玩法，让幼儿渐渐掌握球性，再采用幼儿自由练习和群众比赛相结合的形式练习拍球。
3.保育工作仔细到位。
在生活上，我们细心关照每一个幼儿，给幼儿介绍许多生活小知识，让幼儿学习自我保护，培养自我服务的潜力。改变了以前手把手帮忙幼儿穿衣服、扣纽扣，看到幼儿做不好的事情，亲自代劳，使幼儿行成了不敢自主的依靠习惯。此刻我们中班幼儿在冬令时节穿衣、裤都能自我做好，有时他们会主动地互相帮忙，总之，个个都成了小能人。
我们班有几位小朋友个性会出汗，如林佳慧、王家妮、黄勤宇每次体锻回教室，内衣都湿透了，了解状况后，我始终记着每一天体锻时先在他的后背塞一块毛巾，运动完了就取下来。夏天我们就常给孩子换衣服，提醒孩子擦汗喝水。家长明白后，个性感激地说：“这样我们孩子就不会着凉生病了。”
四.家长工作多种方法。
幼儿在学校的提高和发展不光是我们教师的心血，也有家长支持配合我们工作的辛苦。我们在工作中尽量减轻家长的负担，不给家长添麻烦，多为家长思考。平时我们不仅仅透过《家园联系栏》进行交流，早、晚间的简短谈话，我们也十分珍惜，有时会在前一天就计划好，第二天要和哪位家长聊一聊孩子的什么问题。有些家长因工作忙，不能与我们见面，我主动在晚上给家长打电话做到家园互通;或者写好便签让孩子带给父母的方式进行交流;有的家长有上网的习惯，于是我们互留了微信，晚上下班回家就跟在线的家长沟通交流孩子的问题及在园的表现。《家长共育》是我向家长宣传教育思想、公布教育资料的重地，我们一向不懈地坚持每一天都有新资料，家长对这项工作也十分满意。
五.今后努力方向。
1.继续加强班级常规培养，要经常分析学生个性是调皮的孩子，潜力弱的孩子，多进行个别辅导。
2.培养孩子良好的学习习惯，如书写阅读，以为国小有良好的学习习惯做好准备。
3.继续加强户外体育活动锻炼，发展幼儿的动作，增强幼儿体质。
大胆参与课程改革，多研究、多思考，虚心学习，用心参加教科研活动，密切配合园部，与同事共同努力，使我园在下一阶段成功达成新的目标。
